Usage: Setting up IE for HttpRevealer

Step-by-step set-up instructions for IE 5 (Internet Explorer)

1. Start HttpRevealer.
   How: Start Menu > Programs > HttpRevealer v1.0 > HttpRevealer v1.0 (Full Version)
   
   
   
2. HttpRevealer will then come up:
   
   
   
   
   
3. (Optional)
   If you are behind a firewall, you can tell HttpRevealer to use your real proxy:
   
   
   
   
4. Then, fire up your IE and configure it to connect to the Internet through HttpRevealer...
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
5. (Recommended)
   Disable "Show pictures" to optimize the performance of HttpRevealer.
   
   
   
   
   
6. You are all set!
   
   
   
7. Now surf the net as usual. The only difference is - you get to see how the web works!
   
   
   
   
   
8. Wow! You can now see your browser "talk" to the webserver at the HTTP level.
   
   
   
   
9. When you are done using HttpRevealer, reset your browser's proxy settings to switch back to normal surfing mode.
